Meet Clarence Benoit, an Independent Travel Advisor with InteleTravel and the chief architect behind the Travelicious Group.  With years of expertise in meticulously planning road trips, including booking hotels, researching events and dining options, investigating what each city has to offer, and thoughtfully curating itineraries for each  city, Clarence’s passion for travel shines through his work at Travelicious Group.  Holding a Bachelor of Arts and Masters degrees, he boasts and extensive career in technology as a skilled software engineer and is also an accomplished author with two published books to his credit.

Currently based in Kansas City, Missouri, Clarence’s wanderlust and dedication to the travel industry drive him to explore new destinations and stay informed about the latest trends and developments.  His ultimate goal is to ensure that clients receive unparalleled customer service and unforgettable travel experiences that leave a lasting impression on their hearts and souls.  With Clarence at the helm, the Travelicious Group promises an extraordinary journey filled with unforgettable memories.

Booking with Travelicious

Booking with the Travelicious Group is where your dream vacation begins!  Before providing a summary of our booking process, please note that a NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE service fee of $35 is required to initiate our services.  This fee covers the expertise and dedication of our travel agents who will assist you throughout your journey, including research, planning, building your itinerary, assisting with in-trip emergencies, etc.

Booking Steps:

  1. Complete Travel Inquiry Form (🧳 Client): Start by filling out our travel inquiry form to share your travel preferences and needs.
  2. Perform Intake Call (🤝 Both): We’ll schedule a call to discuss your travel plans in detail, ensuring we understand your vision.
  3. Payment of Service Fee (💳 Client): Secure our services by paying the service fee.
  4. Research, Planning, & Building Itinerary (🔍 Agent): Your travel agent will get to work, researching destinations, planning, and building a personalized itinerary for you.
  5. Accept or Deny Travel Insurance (📄 Client): Decide whether to include travel insurance to protect your investment.
  6. Review Itinerary (📝 Client): You’ll receive a detailed itinerary to review and ensure it aligns with your expectations.
  7. Request Itinerary Changes or Approve Itinerary (✏️ Client): Provide feedback on the itinerary, requesting any necessary changes or approving it as is.
  8. Revise or Finalize Itinerary (🛠️ Agent): Your agent will make any requested revisions or finalize the itinerary.
  9. Authorize Payment(s) (💵 Client): Approve the payment(s) for your travel arrangements.
  10. Book Trip Components (📅 Agent): With everything set, your agent will book your trip components.
  11. Bon Voyage (✈️ Client): Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime!
